Nahlla is a marketplace connecting customers with independent providers for in-person wellness and massage services.

Nahlla does not employ providers and does not deliver services directly.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.

Illegal, exploitative, unsafe, or abusive behavior is prohibited.

Accounts may be restricted or suspended if these rules are violated.

Nudity, sexually explicit content, and illegal services are not allowed on Nahlla.

Harassment, hate speech, trafficking-related content, and any involvement of minors are strictly forbidden.

Reported content is reviewed and may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent account removal.

A booking is confirmed only after both parties validate the offer details in-app.

Final session pricing, cancellation rules, and applicable fees are shown before confirmation.

Provider-funded commission policies are managed in provider dashboards and internal controls.

We process account, profile, booking, and device data to operate the service and prevent fraud.

We retain message metadata required for safety and support operations.

You can request data access, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@nahlla.com.

To deactivate or delete your account, open Settings > Danger zone. If you cannot access your account, contact privacy@nahlla.com with a data deletion request.
